i stayed in a beachfront villa. sunrises were lovely. the bed was very roomy and comfy. i also enjoyed the good breakfasts.
We booked the beach front villa. the one we got didn't have ocean view. it was not as promised on the pictures. the staff gave us a reduced price. the amount was symbolic.

The hotel arranged a very efficient transfer from the airport. It was well organized! Our accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area had a swim-up bar. Shaded sunbeds were comfortable. The breakfast options were great, and the restaurant provided very good meals.
I noticed a very slight delay once when waiting for a buggy to take us up the hill.

The pool was lovely and provided a welcome respite from the heat.
I found the food service to be slow. On more than one occasion, I waited over an hour for a simple meal! The staff seemed overwhelmed, and communication was a real issue given their limited English skills. My room also lacked a mosquito net, despite the resort being in a jungle environment, which led to many uncomfortable nights. I expected better for the price I paid.

This resort was a true escape. Our villa was fine, with beautiful decor. The bay view seemed like a dream, even rain was magical. I found the spa treatments very calming. Jungle sounds added to the experience.
The resort felt quite large. It took a bit to walk to the beach or main pool from where we were. I think the staff need more training to meet the standard this type of resort should have.

The Krachan Grill offers amazing food. I ate a lobster and tenderloin steak, its quality was superb. These meals were worth the cost to me.

The resort provides free kayaks and paddle boards. I used the kayaks and explored the islands of Phang Nga bay. It was a unique way to experience the area.
